Dreamscapes · Earth is a 90-minute, multi-sensory Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath experience with Sound Healer, Jazmine Amelia, held in the dreamy Moon Room of Four Moons Spa.
This particular Dreamscapes gathering was intentionally shaped as a place to set things down — to let gravity and stillness hold you for a while. If you’ve been feeling heavy, tired, or simply in need of deep rest, this space was curated with you in mind.
This session will feel different.
You’ll be guided through dreamtime by way of soothing guided meditation and the resonant tones of alchemy crystal singing bowls, crafted with precious elements such as ruby, platinum, gold, and citrine. For this Earth-inspired immersion, you can expect lower, warmer frequencies — moody, grounding bowls rich with mineral depth — designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and support profound nervous system settling.
Throughout the session, you’ll be surrounded by candlelight, plush lounge mats, crisp French linens, cozy UGG blankets and pillows, and soft eye coverings, creating a deeply held and restorative environment.
To heighten the sensory journey, you’ll be invited to select one aroma from a curated collection of Saje essential oils, allowing scent to gently anchor your experience as you move through the soundscape.
During this gathering, we will also be working with the steadying, grounding energy of Smoky Quartz, chosen to support emotional stability and embodied presence. As a closing gift, you’ll receive hand-selected crystals that have been cleansed and cleared through the musical vibrations of the session.
Your experience will conclude with organic tea and an opportunity to softly transition back through reflection, conversation, and integration.
