A Half-Day Introduction to Sound Healing training, highlighting Crystal Singing Bowls.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this hands-on experience will deepen your understanding and give you the confidence to create powerful healing soundscapes.

Through guided practice, you’ll explore:

• Sound Foundations: frequency, chakras, octaves, harmony etc.
• Crystal Tones: significance of quartz, gemstones, metals, and minerals
• Playing Techniques: learn Jazmine's favorites 

• Space Holding: creating healing spaces for yourself and others

• and learn to play accent instruments, like drums and chimes

You’ll also receive a deeply restorative Crystal Alchemy Bowl Sound Bath from Jazmine, allowing you to integrate the frequencies on a cellular level!

No experience or instruments required - Jazmine will have a hand selected collection for you to explore. All levels welcome.
